The object is measured and photographed.

On the basis of the agreed terms of reference, further design is carried out.

concept creation

- Development of an optimal planning solution, based on the peculiarities of the premises, ergonomic requirements and wishes, which you indicated when filling in the Terms of Reference.

The planning solution reflects:
- functional zoning;
- redevelopment (if necessary);
- furniture and equipment arrangement plan).

- Developing a styling solution.

An interior collage is made - a 2D planar representation of the main rooms with examples of materials and pieces of furniture.

preliminary design

Creation of photorealistic 3D visualization of the main functional rooms, which gives a volumetric and spatial representation of the future interior. At this stage, the finishing materials, colors and textures are approved.

AUTHOR CONTROL

Author's control is a set of activities carried out by the author of the design project to ensure the accuracy of the embodiment of all author's ideas in the process of project implementation, as well as the timely coordination of all participants in the process and delivery control. In cases when changes or additions to the design solutions are required, it is the author of the project, as a party that has a comprehensive understanding of all design solutions and their interrelationships, who provides such changes.
