GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • A design project is, first and foremost, a technical task for the builders. It is necessary for even cosmetic repairs to turn out as you expect. Design project is your own ideas, but realized by the designer taking into account the requirements of the space and embodied in collages, visualization, accurate plans for furniture placement, lighting fixtures and other schemes for builders. In the presence of such documentation, you simply give the elaborated design project to the foreman and get the result "as in the picture".

  • You can order the design of the whole room, its part or any functional zone (dressing room, TV group, bookcase). We work on the design of any object, regardless of the area and quantity.

DESIGN QUESTIONS

  • The total time for creating a design project is about 2.5 months. Of these, the development of the terms of reference, planning solutions and collages takes about 3 weeks. Visualization and preparation of drawings takes an average of 3 weeks each.

  • We provide one variant of visualization. There is no need for more visualizations, because at the previous stages of work on the design project we agree with you on the final version of collages and sketch project. However, if you are not satisfied with some details in the realistic picture, we can always make corrections and adjustments until you are absolutely satisfied with the result of the work.

  • 3D visualizations are prepared in JPG format. Design project drawings are provided as an album of drawings in A2/A3 format.

  • Yes, we are interested in the exact fulfillment of the project we have envisioned.

PAYMENT AND COST OF THE DESIGN PROJECT

  • The cost of the design project depends on the following factors: the degree of complexity of planning solutions; the presence of special elements designed according to the designer's sketches; the number of drawings (for example, to show the "pie" of floor coverings, detailed design of special elements, drawings of complex units and details, etc.); the timing of delivery of the object and its location.
